Why he does this work.
Where it started
Nick grew up in Andover, Minnesota, with a brother who has Down syndrome. That experience shaped how he shows up in the world, and led to 20 years as Camp Director and Board Member for the Down Syndrome Foundation.
15 years at the U
At the University of Minnesota Foundation, Nick rose from External Relations Officer to Senior Director of Development, Strategic Partnerships & Signature Philanthropy, partnering with athletes, brands and families for Masonic Children's Hospital.
Family, too
Masonic Children's became part of his family's story. He met his wife, Christi, when she toured the hospital through her work with Target, and years later both of their children were born there.
